Abstract

Geographical area: North Rockall Trough, Rockall Channel, Celtic Sea, Firth of Lorne, Pembrokeshire, Kintyre, southern North Sea Observations: Includes Parameters such as Wind speed and direction; Vertical velocity of the water column (currents); Horizontal velocity of the water column (currents); Temperature of the water column. Recorded using Anemometers, water temperature sensors, current meters and current profilers. Date range: From July 1978 to March 1982 (N Rockall Trough), from May 1979 to October 1981 (Rockall Channel), March 1984 (Firth of Lorne), August 1984 (Pembrokeshire), October and November 1984 (Kintyre), from August to October 1985 (Celtic Sea), from June 1985 to March 1986 and from November 1986 to July 1987 (southern North Sea), from June 1978 to October 1988 (West Sole)
